There are almost no jokes on Feelin' Kinda Patton that don't work, even though it came out in 2004. Often booed off stages for angering both pro-Bush folks AND hippies, Oswalt is funniest when he goes into absurdist tirades on everything from Paas Easter Egg dying kits and the apocalypse to midgets and infamous Hollywood producer Robert Evans. Oswalt's talent for voices and grasp of language ("…write it in the sky in gossamer tear drops …") makes material that is highly original and sharp as hell to begin with even better.
