I always put effort into the ordering of the songs. The beginning has some cozy, happy stuff, then it moves into a more upbeat and energetic tempo without being distracting. The playlist ends with some slower cool-down songs - couple songs about regret thrown in there for jokes. Overall, the playlist is very soft and mellow, good background music I would say.
