There were some cool things going on in folk music this year. For starters, six different people portrayed Bob Dylan in the film I'm Not There (dig the soundtrack). Leonard Cohen was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. And in San Francisco, the Hardly Strictly Bluegrass Festival featured more pickers, players, crooners and attendees than you could shake a dulcimer at.
