Quietdrive

Quietdrive's is the sound that happens when enterprising sk8r bois pick up guitars. After a stint on the 2004 Warped Tour, the young Minneapolis, Minn., pop-rock quintet got signed the old-fashioned way: hundreds of thousands of downloads from its MySpace page caught the attention of Epic Records. The band's full-length debut is a well-stocked tackle box full of mall-ready hooks, chiming melodies, honest lyrics and a Cyndi Lauper cover.
