Though it is quite a surprise to hear bubbly pop coming from a band that includes members of Coalesce and the Get Up Kids, you will be pleasantly surprised with their offerings. In fact, regardless of your expectations, you will jump for joy. Combining tongue-in-cheek humor with charming sensitivity and catchy-as-hell melodies, Reggie and the Full Effect provide the perfect antidote to a jaded Hardcore soul. Though hardly groundbreaking, there is enough good cheer in these songs to make the sternest man in the world crack a smile.
