Reik's a prefab group thrown together by producer Abelardo Ramos, so you wouldn't expect much from their 2005 debut other than a few wannabe-hits and filler, right? But Reik subverts our expectations, delivering a solid, sophisticated album full of engaging yet unobtrusive songs. "Yo Quisiera" shot up the charts, but songs like "Cuando Estas Conmigo" are just as nice.
