Colorado crooner Richie Furay is joined here not only by yacht rocker Kenny Loggins, but by Furay's fellow Buffalo Springfield members Neil Young and Stephen Stills, ensuring that the vocal harmonies you are about to experience will butter your ears like corn. Though the amorous "Kind Woman" has been upgraded for the umpteenth time, its pedal steel sounds teleported from 1968. The title track boasts some Byrds-inspired 12-string jangle, but "Dean's Barbecue" sounds like a country-rocking reunion of Furay's erstwhile group Poco.
