Vultures finds Smile Empty Soul with a new label and a lineup shuffle that includes former members of Cold and the Flipper Babies. Their single "The Hit" is a caustic thrashing of their former record label, the music industry, record producers and heck, why not toss in a few landlords, as well as prescription for dealing with all of the above. Putting their rage to work, they underscore the whole thing with glossy grunge guitars and some choice curse words.
