S.C.C.'s fourth LP, Concrete Jungle (1999), continues their legacy of unabashed gangsta storytelling and bottom-heavy Westside production. Beats are more on the keyboard tip, with fewer samples than in earlier work. Their rhymes are still pretty tight. Features appearances by C-Bo, Spice 1, and Daz Dillinger.
