Sukhawat Ali Khan is the son of renowned Hindustani classical singer Salamat Ali Khan and an accomplished classical vocalist in his own right. He's best known for his work with the Ali Khan Band, now known as Shabaz, and he also began collaborating with San Francisco's electronica/South Asian collective Dhamaal Soundsystem.
