Superchick have been honing their pop rock attack since 2002, and with Beauty From Pain they nail a perfect cross between Hanson, Vitamin C and Blink-182. Even though the subject matter here is no joke, there are touches of bouncy electronica, more pop exuberance than you could ask for, and tons and tons of guitars.
