Trouble signing in to Rhapsody 4

I'm getting an error message when I try to sign into Rhapsody. What can I do?

'Account not found' when signing into Rhapsody

'Internet connection' error message

Username and password do not match

'You could not be signed in' or 'Network error'

I/O Error #310 or #304 when logging in

Repeatedly prompted to upgrade when signing in

Rhapsody freezes or 'needs to close' when I sign in

Trouble installing, signing in, or connecting to Rhapsody

Router resets or disconnects after opening Rhapsody

If you are able to log into the Rhapsody.com website but not the Rhapsody software client, you may have multiple user accounts. Please contact Customer Support for assistance.
