Getting a "The username and password you entered does not match an existing account" error while trying to sign into Rhapsody 4?
Note: If you are also a Cox or VCAST Rhapsody customer, you will not be able to reset your username or password through Rhapsody. Instead click the appropriate link below.

using your Verizon phone number (without dashes) as your username
All other customers: If you cannot find your username or password for a Rhapsody subscription, Rhapsody can send it to your email address automatically so you can log on:
- From Rhapsody.com, click the My Account link at the top-right of the page.
- Click the Forgot your password? link directly under the Sign In button.
- On the “Password Reset” page, enter the email address associated with your Rhapsody subscription in the box provided.
- Click Submit. If you don't see the email from Rhapsody within a few minutes, check your spam or junk mail folder in case your email program filed the message there.
