I found a mistake with a song or album on Rhapsody. How can I report the issue so it gets fixed?
If you found a
mistake in Rhapsody, first check if your concern relates to editorial,
encoding, content, or programming issues, such as:
- I see a mistake in or disagree with the artist information or biography.
- Song title misspelled (or any typo or misspelling)
- Wrong cover art on album
- Release date is wrong
- Edited version is explicit (and vice versa)
- Wrong song plays (track listened to in Rhapsody/Music Store is incorrect)
- Wrong song downloads - either by same artist or a totally different one (track listened to in Rhapsody/Music Store is correct)
- Album says is available track by track, but then can only be purchased by album only
- This track skips
- Skipping during playback
- Song cuts off before the end
- The beginning of a song is at the end of another song
- Song has the very beginning cut out
