Why is this song or artist missing from Rhapsody? It was there before!
A track, artist, or
album may be grayed out in Rhapsody Music Guide or My Library, even if it was
available before.
Grayed out in the Music
Guide?
This means that the
artist or record label has chosen to make this material unavailable at this time. The
artist or record label can change the content rights at any time.
If this happens,
affected tracks will revert to 30-second samples or be grayed out as
unavailable. These rights may be restored at a later date if the artist or
record label allow them.
