"Account expired" error while using Rhapsody on Squeezebox

Why did I get an "Account expired" error when I tried to play Rhapsody music on my Squeezebox?

You may get this error in Squeezebox if you are an existing Rhapsody customer and tried to sign up for the free 30-day trial. The free trial is for new Rhapsody customers only. Please try signing in again as an existing Rhapsody customer.

You may also get this error if you had a free trial that has now expired. Once the 30-day free trial is over, you will need to upgrade your free trial account to a premium (paid) Rhapsody Unlimited or Rhapsody To Go account to continue listening to Rhapsody music.
