What if there is an interruption in Rhapsody service on my Vizio XVT?
If your Rhapsody service has been suspended, check your Rhapsody account online at www.rhapsody.com to make sure your credit card information is current. You can update your payment information at any time from My Account.
If your information is current, and your account works online at www.rhapsody.com but not on your Vizio XVT TV, please contact technical support.
