To download the Rhapsody BlackBerry Beta App to your BlackBerry device, launch your BlackBerry Browser and navigate to www.rhapsody.com. Once the page loads, press "Get the App", which will start downloading the App to your device.

**Note** If loading www.rhapsody.com takes you to the Rhapsody.com homepage, and does not give you the "Get the App" option, try enabling JavaScript for your Blackberry Browser and if that fails then try clearing your cache and cookies.

To enable JavaScript on your BlackBerry Browser:

1. Click the BlackBerry Button and select 'Options'.

2. Select 'Browser Configuration', then check 'Support JavaScript'.

3. Click the Browser Menu and Save Options.

4. Refresh this page to continue.

After enabling JavaScript on the browser, some OS 4.6 users might still see very slow response time or missing button for the Rhapsody account sign up or upgrade page.

Sometimes the page may fail to load at all. When this happens, please check the browser configuration, to set the default browser to "Hostspot Browser"

To clear your BlackBerry Browser's cache/cookies:

- Launch the BlackBerry Browser and press the BB button.

- Select Options

- Select Cache Operations

- Press "Clear" under Content Cache

- Press "Clear" under Cookie Cache

Now, navigate back to www.rhapsody.com. You should now see the "Get the App" button.
