Why can't I download tracks on my Android to my SD card?

When you plug your Android device into your computer, the SD card could become mounted, depending on your settings.  This allows you to use your device like a removable disc drive, meaning you can move files from the phone to the computer (and vice versa) in this mode.

When the SD card is mounted, it causes the SD Card to be locked, so our app cannot read or write to it.  If you want to use our app while your device is plugged in to a computer, you will need to make sure your device is not mounted.

1) Plug the phone into the computer via USB

2) Swipe down on the notification bar

3) There will be an entry called "Turn off/on USB storage"

4) If this is set to ON, you will need to turn it off

5) Additionally, some phones will open a dialog with options you can choose when you plug in the device.  Make sure to select "Charge only" if you are prompted.  You can get to the dialog again through the notification bar if you need to change your setting.
