First, what do you see in the Track Type column?

The type of track determines what you can and cannot do with it. To find out a track's type, look at the Track Type column in My Library. The track will be listed as:

  • Subscription (streamed)

  • Purchased (from Rhapsody) or
  • Imported (no icon).

The Burn column also indicates whether the track is OK to burn as is, OK to burn if purchased, or unavailable for burning:

Next, what do you want to do with the track?
