How can I download a track that did not complete at the time of purchase?
We will email a receipt
for every purchase you make to the email address on your account. You can also
view the MP3s in your purchase history by viewing your My Downloads
page. On My Downloads you can also view the MP3s that you purchased but
have not yet been downloaded.
To view your My Downloads page, click the My
Downloads
link on any page in the MP3 Store. You will see a list of all the MP3s you have
purchased. Purchases will be sorted by date of purchase, unless there are MP3s
you purchased but did not download. These MP3s are displayed at the
top of the page so you can quickly see them all.
To download MP3s that you purchased but did not download before, click the
checkbox that appears next to each song. Or, click the checkbox in the header
labeled Select All to mark all your un-downloaded MP3s at once. Then,
click the Select All Tracks button at the top or bottom of the page.
