"Technical Difficulties" error when adding tracks to cart in MP3 Store

I'm trying to make a purchase in the Rhapsody MP3 store, but I keep getting a "technical difficulties" or "problem adding this item to your cart" error message. What's the problem?

There are two possible reasons why you may be getting this error. In many cases, simply trying again after an hour or two should resolve the problem (remember to refresh the page before trying again).

If trying again doesn't work, then it is most likely a problem with the track itself. Please report the problem by filling out this form.

Select Failed download: MP3 from the “Issue or Request” dropdown list.
