Why wasn't my coupon code accepted?

In most cases, a message will appear to explain why your Rhapsody code was not accepted.

Some reasons why your coupon may not be accepted:

  • The code entered is incorrect. Make sure you have entered the code correctly.

  • The code is not valid for the subscription you have selected.

  • The code has already been redeemed or has expired.

  • The code is not valid for the brand of your subscription.
