We're happy to announce that the new
Rhapsody.com 2.0 website is now live. What does it mean for
you?
- Faster playback across the entire catalog
- A sleeker interface centered around album art
- Greater stability with an in-page player built for PC and Mac
This
won't change anything for customers that use Rhapsody Software,
mobile apps or compatible MP3 players - but it gives all members
another way to experience their music. Just sign in and start
listening!
Why did Rhapsody change its
website?
The new Rhapsody.com 2.0 website is easier to use
with the most popular features upfront.
Where did my
favorite feature go?
The new Rhapsody.com 2.0 experience
focuses on discovering, organizing and playing your favorite music
quickly.
The new Rhapsody.com 2.0 does not have all the same features of the old website. Features seldom used were removed and popular features were made easier to find and use.
The new site will be updated on a regular schedule with new features added in the future. Older features that are gone today may come back, come back in a different form, or be replaced by new features that satisfy the same need.

Can I still use the
old Rhapsody.com classic website?
Rhapsody.com 1.0 has been
retired and is no longer available.
What browsers are
compatible with the new Rhapsody.com 2.0 website?
The new
Rhapsody.com 2.0 website supports the latest versions of Mozilla
Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari and Internet Explorer 8.0+.
Can
I add Rhapsody subscription tracks to my Rhapsody compatible MP3
player with the new website, like I can with the Rhapsody PC
software?
The Rhapsody 2.0 website is not a replacement for
the Rhapsody PC software and does not allow transferring subscription
tracks to Rhapsody compatible devices. To transfer Rhapsody
subscription tracks to your compatible device, use the Rhapsody PC
software as you previously would.
Why am I no longer able
to play full-length tracks with my free account?
Rhapsody no
longer offers free plays per month for non-subscribers. With a paid
subscription you can listen to anything in our catalog of over 12
million songs whenever you want. Learn more about Rhapsody
subscriptions here.
