Problem with DRM components on your computer

Why do I get a "Rhapsody has detected a problem with some of the DRM (Digital Rights Management) components on your computer" error?

Rhapsody has detected a problem with some of the Digital Rights Management (DRM) components on your computer. You may not be able to transfer or play any Rhapsody tracks until this problem is resolved.

Click Yes to restart Rhapsody and update your DRM components. This process will send some information about your computer over the Internet to help us prevent this issue from occurring in the future, but no information will be shared with outside sources.
