Even the ticket-takers and security personnel are having a blast during this one. One of the landmark live records of the 1970s, like Frampton Comes Alive, everybody in America had at least one copy of Double Live Gonzo! And who could blame them? Ted Nugent plays guitar on it, for one thing, and it has the best version of Nugent's best song, "Great White Buffalo" -- he almost literally plays it ten thousand times faster here than on the studio version. "Cat Scratch Fever," "Stormtroopin'," "Wang Dang Sweet Poontang" -- they're all here and they all rock harder than anywhere else.
