Although their members have dwindled over the years, Fat Joe's Terror Squad won't let death (Big Pun) or in-fighting (Cuban Link) slow them down. True Story is full of the rugged street jams we've come to expect, with standouts like "Pass Away" and the vicious lead single "Lean Back."

True Story delivers more than you might expect from a star-fronted posse record. Fat Joe
brings his A game for a change, and the vibrant production leaves plenty of room for a
cavalcade of tough, talented voices. Big Pun is missed, but newcomer Remy Ma is wise and
sassy enough to rhyme about going back to the streets if this whole rap thing doesn't work
out.
