No, Virginia includes cryptic arrangements that sound ripped from antique music boxes ("The Sheep Song") and slinky, desolate, piano pieces a la PJ Harvey and Tori Amos ("The Gardener," "The Kill"). There's also freaky and geeky cabaret pop ("Sorry Bunch"), snotty, racy punk ("Lonesome Organist...") and even a sly, seductive '80s cover ("Pretty in Pink") that would surely make Duckie blush.
