Rhapsody

The Fiery Furnaces offer up a frenetic, sped-up take on one of the more melodic tracks on their amazing debut. The second track here uses delirious music-hall piano while the guitar spouts siren-like squalls. But it's Eleanor Friedberger's surrealist lyrics and deadpan delivery that seal the deal.
