The Used

Cramming in all sorts of weird stuff - ghostly choral vocals, horror movie tension builders, crashing metal guitars, strings, music boxes...the Used come up with an extravaganza of a single. Half Killer-era Alice Cooper Band, half King Diamond and half name-your-modern-emo-band, "The Bird and the Worm" is more fun to listen to than its overloaded earnestness probably intends, but there's certainly nothing wrong with that.
