Three years after she dropped her debut LP, Southern Hummingbird, Tweet is back on the scene and still sounds great. Her soaring vocals perfectly complement the strong production from Timbaland and Kwame, and she reconnects with Missy Elliott for the lead single "Things I Don't Mean."

Trailing the dirty-sweet pro-masturbation single "Oops (Oh My)," Tweet's slow-jamming
debut was surprisingly dull for a Missy-and-Timbaland project. Missy Elliott returns for the
faux-D'Angelo single "Turn Da Lights Off," but the rest of the album shuffles between
romantic ecstasy and agony with tempos crawling and Tweet stretching out lush melodies
till they're barely recognizable.
