At 21, V.I.C. is practically an old man in the ringtone rap world. The NYC native is signed to ringtone producer Collipark's label and is largely associated with breakout star Soulja Boy, who became an international sensation at the tender age of 16. The Queens, N.Y. native broke out of Soulja's shadow in 2008 with his own hit single, "Get Silly," and its follow-up "Wobble." Satisfyingly stupid and undeniably infectious, the tracks wormed their way into public consciousness and led to the summer release of V.I.C.'s debut album, Beast.
