A long-standing Cali emcee who's recorded albums with Low Profile, the MAAD Circle, and Westside Connection, WC takes the solo route on this 1998 LP. Though he may be slept on outside the Golden State, WC delivers a quality album, full of ride-rocking beats -- from Ant Banks, Daz, and others -- and sharp rhymes. Guests include Too Short, Ice Cube, and E-40.
